Letter Signed to James Orr of Paisley, 1 page folio (a little soiled, extensive mounting on the reverse), Whitehall, 4 February 1829. Acknowledging a petition to tbe laid before the King from the inhabitants of Paisley 'to discover and bring to justice the perpetrators and abettors of the murders referred to in the said Petition'.
