Document Signed, 1 page large folio on vellum (lacking the papered seal), given at St James's, 6 January 1769. Raising Matthew Lyster to the rank of Captain in the troop where Richard, Earl of Barrymore was lately Captain in the ninth regiment of dragoons. Countersigned by Lord Weymouth.
