Two lengthy Typewritten Letters Signed (signed on his behalf) to Novello's, 3½ page 4to, Leipzig, 23 March and 20 April 1909. Referring to his arrangement for four hands of Elgar's Symphony [No 1 opus 55], with a note illustrating some differences between English and German practices of notation.
