Document Signed ('Wm Kent') to the Treasury Commissioners, 1 page 4to, (trace of mount, small tears at the edges professionally repaired), Whitehall, 30 May 1738. Documents signed by William Kent are very rare. Also signed by members of HM Office of Works.
Reporting that they had inspected the property mentioned by the Commissioners, and submitting a bill for £80 for necessary repairs to the premises.
